I love me some steak, but I only eat it once a month. Other htna that I do chicken or fish.

Turkey is my favorite, then fish and chicken.

i chose beef too cos that's my ultimate favourite! but i eat chicken most often, and then fish next.

yah, seafood is pretty spendy here in the midwest, we're not near any oceans so i can't get it fresh. i love rice or pilaf with my fish and WHITE WINE. mmmm

Depends on the cut of meat, but probably pork. Not the chops though (too lean). I only like the ribs, belly, cheeks, shank, and shoulder cuts.

i picked chicken because it's the most user friendly...i can make it a thousand different ways.

although...i could sit and eat shrimp cocktail every single day!

I love fish and roast pork and lamb as well - it was a tough choice. Am currently a little over chicken - after helping out the at chicken abattoir

Being a "southern Jazzy Geri" fried chicken, mashed potatoes, gravy and biscuits are most loved at our house. We don't eat it all the time but it's a favorite. With chicken I can give it a million different tastes using different ethnic twists from A to Z. Italian is my soul food so I prepare chicken @ peppers in a pasta sauce often we love it. Number 3 chicken dish is a big bowl of chicken soup Asian style with ginger, garlic and chives. "Here chicky chicky chicky come to Mama!"

I know it will sound horrible, but my favorite meat is rabbit... it's so tender and has a great taste! Especially with a mustard sauce

I am someone who cannot stand seafood (I know,weird right?) but there's something magical about a really tender,well cooked cut of beef. it melts in your mouth.
