The Queen of Pop Madonna celebrated her 50th Birthday this weekend in London. Her and husband Guy Richie headed off to Volstead in the West End for plenty of dancing ahead of Madonna's tour. Her tour costume has been created by the top names in the fashion industry including Ricardo Tisci for Givenchy. Hardly surprising then that she opted for a Givenchy outfit to party in! Madonna wore a sheer black and gold dress with thigh-high Stella McCartney boots and a heap of gold Givenchy jewellery featuring gothic Christian crosses. Her hair was loose and wavy.
