TV in My Bathtub? Yes, Please

After much debate on where it's cool to have additional televisions in your house (I'm against in the bedroom, but for the dining room, for the record), I have another curious TV location for you to try on for size: the bathtub.

The Cosmo Hydromassage TV Bathtub is a spectacular two-in-one, combining a 17-inch LCD flat screen TV with a whirlpool tub. It fits two people, so woohoo to that! Despite the cost — about $4,580 — this is something you'd need to splurge on, due to the sensitive electronic nature. Please don't go DIYin' this.

this would be heaven for me.

That looks absolutely heavenly! I can only imagine something as wonderful as this. I'd be pruning always.

I have one. It isn't that large, though.

I also find, I never can make it through a whole movie in the tub. (a) I get kinda pruney, and (b) the water gets cold.

    STill rocks, though..

Sweetnlow, I'm so jealous! Maybe you can make it through an episode of Sex and the City?

    WOW I want this.
Sometimes I'll bring my laptop in the bathroom to watch movies from the tub though, haha

I'd love this. I used to drag small, clunky old TV (the kind that had the dials on the front to change the channels!) into the bathroom and prop it on the counter when I was still living at with my parents. The bathtub in my apartment is a bath/shower combo with sliding doors so the tub is always partially closed in - it's too claustrophobic in there for me. I haven't taken a bath in so long!

I'd actually prefer this without the tv. The actual tub looks so inviting.

I wonder if the remote is waterproof. Knowing me, I would just drop it into the water.
