It was lust at first sight when I saw these Marni platform sandals walking down the runway. I love how the chunky platform and patent straps give off an artsy, architectural aura. I can already see myself wearing these with dark tights now and with a floral skirt in the Spring.

I've been good with saving money lately so I decided to treat myself to a little shopping. Luckily, I can splurge without spending mucho at BCBG's Winter sale. Right now, you can save up to
50 percent off on an array of festive offerings.
The retailer that sells this
BCBG Open Back Cocktail Dress ($298) describes it as sexy, and that certainly isn't a lie. Observe — it has an open back, open sides, and a keyhole in the middle. The color is gorgeous and the draping lavish, but I would have liked it more if the sides were covered.

Want to be a solid gold hit at the holiday soiree? Do like these gilded ladies and do it up in sparkling, golden-hued gowns. I would like to point out that all three of these starlets are blondes — brunettes and redheads can shine equally as strong.
Ruffles are here to stay. Yay. But ruffles can be so .

I know there are a lot of BCBG fans in the house. Its
sale section is currently brimming with denim, dresses, bags, bikinis, and shoes, all at up to 70 percent off.
My eyes went straight toward this
BCBG Sandy Cotton Short ($69, originally $138).

The BCBG girl has tossed her frills and pouf for fluid, sexy clothes. Nice. Not many designers bring such a mix to the front row — Jamie-Lynn Sigler, Leigh Lazark and Alexandra Richards — and though these personalities are all so different, they will each find a look their own in this Spring collection.

Don't you love technology? I sure do, especially when one of my favorite brands has (finally) gone online.
BCBG.com is up and running.

Prim. Polished. Penny loafers?

BCBG ads have never blown me away . . .
