This week was bursting with beautiful looks thanks to the
Rome Film Festival. While some dazzled in their fancy frocks, others preferred to keep it more casual and flirty. Ashley Tisdale shined in her fun embellished Jenny Packham dress, while Margherita Missoni rocked in a pair of shiny
harem pants.

If you're planning a special spa break or are looking for something that might work for a honeymoon or pampering hen weekend, the luxurious
Penha Longa Hotel and Spa in Portugal could be just the ticket. It's recently been voted number one in the 'Top Europe Resort’ category in
Condé Nast Traveler Reader’s Choice Awards in the U.S. The spa is seriously impressive and it's based a half hour outside of Lisbon, so it's easy to get to for a weekend escape.

The prices may not be so accessible, but at least window shopping for Bulgari jewels is now easier. The Italian jeweler launched e-commerce on
Bulgari.com last month, stocking more than 800 styles of watches, jewelry, leather goods, and accessories which range in price from just under $200 to over $38,000. I don't know about you, but I'm just happy looking at the pretty site .

A new partnership
has just been formed that will allow sample sale fans to get their fix from the comfort of their own home! The Council of Fashion Designers of America has joined with
Gilt.com to give CFDA members — think Marc Jacobs, Nanette Lepore — the option of doing their sample sales online.
Already, Marchesa, Rachel Roy, and Bulgari have teamed with Gilt Groupe's Gilt.com for the site's one-day designer-specific online sales, and Behnaz Sarafpour and Sari Gueron have upcoming sales in the works.
Bulgari has done it again with its second scent launch this season called
Voile de Jasmin. This delicate feminine floral fragrance (say that five times fast!) was created to compliment the heavier scent of the original
pour Femme fragrance.
It is made from living jasmine sambac, bergamot, orange blossom, rosewood, ylang ylang, mimosa, and rose.

A new lovely and delicate scent has just launched from
Bulgari called
Rose Essentielle Eau de Toilette. Well, to clarify, it's actually a softer version of the ever-popular 2005 fragrance called Rose Essentielle Eau de Parfum.
Bulgari wanted something a little bit more airy, tender and young, so they worked with perfumer Beatrice Piquet to modify the formula and develop this lighter more luminous "reinvention."

Get ready for fall by seeing some of the season's most beautiful finds. We're teaming up with our friends at
Sephora to give away a bounty of beauty this month!
Today's giveaway is a fragrance inspired by the iridescence of the amethyst.

What do you buy for the baby who has it all, the mom who has everything or for your own little pee-wee who you just can't not pamper? I admit, this is the epitome of indulgence, but aren't all beauty products? Here's a look at a few designer products for the boo!

Even when it's iced, tea is hot right now. The trendy drink is available in
an astounding number of varieties — from green to chai to yerba mate — and every day, it seems, I read about
another health benefit of drinking tea.
It's no wonder, then, that tea has filtered into cosmetics.
Omnia Amethyste by Bulgari, $68, is Bulgari's newest floral scent that was launched in February. The idea was to create a unique scent and bottle for their younger adult fans. The fragrance is very light, elegant and floral and is very appropriate for the 18-25 year old audience.
