Seann William Scott enjoyed a night out in London last night, while he's over here to promote his new comedy, Role Models. We've already seen
his costar Paul Rudd in Ireland at a screening of the movie, and Seann's been
taking to MTV about his most famous role as Stifler in American Pie as well as letting them in on who his own role models are. As he was growing up, his role model was our very own David Beckham, here's
what he had to say about him:
"I used to watch a lot of soccer and he was a real inspiration.

British director Danny Boyle's latest movie Slumdog Millionaire swept the board at the Critics' Choice Awards last night,
winning five awards including Best Picture, Best Director, Best Writer and Best Composer. Best Young Actor/ Actress (under 21) was won by the movie's star Dev Patel, who you'll most likely know best for his part as clueless Anwar in
Skins. Dev didn't make it to the awards last night, as he's in London promoting the movie, but no doubt he'll be blown away by the movie's success!

The third season of
Brothers & Sisters premiered on More4 last night and, like me, the majority of you were
looking forward to it. It was quite a low-key opening episode, but various issues between the siblings were set up, and I'm intrigued about the new half-brother. Take my recap quiz to test how well you were paying attention.

Kate Winslet was looking radiant as she arrived at the New York studios of David Letterman's show, smiling and waving at the waiting fans and photographers before she went in. She was on the show to promote her
new movie Revolutionary Road, which she stars in with old friend Leonardo DiCaprio. Once inside she changed into a little black dress and told David all about the many injuries she managed to suffer while cooking Christmas dinner, which led to her sitting and eating it with her hand in a bowl of ice.

Jude Law has finished up his winter holidays with ex-wife Sadie Frost and their three children in Brazil, and flown to New York to continue filming Guy Ritchie's Sherlock Holmes. He, Rachel McAdams and Sherlock himself — Robert Downey Jr — had a few scrapes and grazes applied by the makeup team, to ensure continuity from the scenes they filmed
in London last year. Although I'm still hoping for some shirtless scenes in the new movie, it's nice to have a recent reminder of
the body that Jude's hiding underneath that prim and proper suit — yum!

Last year's Orange Rising Star, Shia LaBeouf, announced
this year's nominees for the
BAFTA award via a video link at a press conference in London yesterday. The five actors in the running thanks to their breakthrough performances in 2008 are Michael Cera, Noel Clarke, Michael Fassbender, Rebecca Hall and Tony Kebbell. The category is the only award presented at the Orange British Academy Film Awards to be voted for by the British public, and the winner will be announced at the ceremony on Sunday 8 Feb.
It's almost time for the third series of Skins to begin, and
the majority of you are looking forward to the new episodes featuring an almost all new cast. In our
Best Of 2008 polls, you voted it as your favourite British TV show of 2008, and I hope they manage to keep everything you love about the show with this new crew of kids, led by Tony's younger sister Effy (Kaya Scodelario). The series starts on January 22, and here's the traditional abstract trailer featuring the cast (NSFW) as well as some photos of the gang of kids that will take Tony, Jal, Chris, Cassie, Sid, Anwar, Maxxie and Michelle's places.
