Peep-toe ankle boots are one of autumn's silliest trends. They're not practical, they'll leave you with cold toes but still they've managed to infiltrate the High Street.

Ever since I saw the boots on Cheryl Cole I've begun to see them in a new light and it seems I'm not alone. Most of you think that open-toe boots are fabulous so why not buy in to this trend for under £100. They're available in a range of stores in grey, black or brown. I just spotted this black pair (pictured, £45) instore and they're lovely.

Copy Cheryl and wear them with skinny jeans or with a skirt and stirrup tights for a complete fashion illusion! What do you think of the style, are you warming to them?

Love it or Hate it? Crocs Nadia Boots

I'm sure I'm not alone in my actual hate of Crocs. The rubber shoes are perfectly acceptable for the elderly or very young but otherwise are surely a big contender for ugliest shoe ever? For the Autumn season Crocs have created a winter boot, the 'Nadia' which looks like a mixture of the Ugg boot and a croc clogg. I don't doubt that they're warm, comfortable and perfect for snowy days but isn't fashion about looking stylish? What do you think of the Nadia boot?

Kate Moss's eclectic fashions often come at a high price, but that doesn't mean we can't find it for less. Notice how her brown booties complete her bohemian ensemble. The rich caramel color gives off a nonchalant vibe and the stacked heel makes for pain-free city walking. If I were a supermodel, I would have no problemo paying major bucks for her pair, but reality is calling. Let's see what I can conjure up . . .

No footwear is more synonymous with Kate Moss than moccasin boots. In fact, if you google 'Kate Moss boots' then you get Minnetonka Moccasins as the first option! She has worn them for so long (since 2003 according to Minnetonka) that the trend has now come back around and once again I am left pondering whether to buy a pair!

Kate Moss looks awesome in them (but what doesn't she look great in?) but she isn't the only celeb to buy in to the fringed boots. Mischa Barton, Sienna Miller and Lauren Conrad have also worn the style for a boho look.

Folds and pleats aren't restricted to handbags, you know. They've made their way onto Fall's gorgeous footwear, like this Report Boston Bootie ($92, originally $115), which comes in black and brown. I Want This Wardrobe: Gossip Girl, Serena van der Woodsen

While the Upper East Siders had college on their minds last night on Gossip Girl, their intentions proved otherwise. Case in point: Serena van der Woodsen. In an attempt to shun her ex-BF, Serena opted out of her Brown visit and decided to accept the dean of Yale’s personal invitation to visit the school. Between the cat fighting and headband thrashing, I took note of Serena's college-ready ensemble.

While Blair kept it prim and proper, the blonde bee reigned in her sleek look; but, we all agreed the low-cut shirt was inappropo. The Ralph Lauren pinstriped blazer and Michael Kors knee-high boots give off a collegiate feel while a silk tee and Rich & Skinny jeans keep her look cool and casual. The hunter green Celine purse was the perfect accessory choice; structured yet sexy.
