Testers at Target — yes! After popping in the megastore during on a weekend of errand running, I checked out the latest addition to their newly boosted cosmetics section.
Just as Target's GO International line features lower-priced designer fashions, three new collections from top names in the makeup world now line the aisles.

Holiday beauty can go one of two ways – either you see it as a chance to relax about your regime; give your skin a break from makeup and just generally aim for a laid back beauty look – or else you up the ante with the time to really experiment with new looks, and all that partying.
Personally, I do laid back in the day, for by the beach, and at night crank up the volume with glowing skin, bright lights, bold colour and experimenting with new products.

The Cartier International Polo Tournament attracted a whole range of famous faces to sunny Windsor yesterday, from Prince Charles and Best of Booker winner Salman Rushdie to newsreader Jennie Bond, who is reportedly in the running to replace Des O'Connor on Countdown. The crowd — which did not include polo-loving Jordan, who was told she wasn't welcome — were treated to tunes from Mark Ronson in the Chinawhite Tent and a moment of unexpected entertainment when three streakers took to the pitch. Myleene Klass attended the Mayfair Personality Of The Year event at Grosvenor House last night, and looked absolutely stunning in her one-shouldered black gown – I love her chunky black ring. Tailor / designer Ozwald Boateng and make-up artist Jemma Kidd also attended the event, and I bet they agreed that this girl has style!

The gorgeous and the glamorous were out in London tonight for Elle magazine's annual Style Awards. To sum up – a smiley Kylie was named Woman of The Year, Keira was their Best Actress, and Kate Hudson was named an Elle Style Icon. Lily Allen turned up in a 'love it or hate it' pale pink floral dress and other Brit beauties Agyness Deyn, Alexa Chung, Jamelia and Pixie Geldof showed up in a range of classic and more extreme looks on the red carpet.
Eyebrow maintenance has never been so easy. Thanks to multi-pan palettes you can even change the color of your hair and still keep the same products. As I was web-surfing late last night, I came upon these brow kits that are equipped with mini tweezers.
Now you can add Jemma Kidd's Semi-Permanent, Waterproof Eye Lash Color ($28.50) to the wide world of makeup stains. But unlike lip and cheek stains, this one is for your eyelashes. What's more, it's waterproof.
